3.How Can I make an exchange?

-We offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and colour that you have purchased. In case your required size is not available, please apply for a return will get the needful done and in return Will get the refund initiated for the respective Product.

 4.When can I expect my refund?

-For all accepted returns, we will refund the amount within 7–10 working days once product reaches our warehouse.

5.Damages

-Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged. 

 For order issues such as damaged or defective products, please contact us at orders@zola.in within 48 hours of receiving the products, along with product images. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours. Please inform our customer care department in the event any articles are delivered without tags .

6.Wrong products

-In case of a wrong product delivered, write to us at orders@zola.in  along with the product images and the order number, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours. 

Any complaint that is reported after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.

 - Oops! there is a high possibility that the product might have been sold out by the time you were exploring. You can click on the ‘Wishlist’ tab to get any future updates on the same.

 - We offer free shipping for all prepaid Buyers on domestic orders above INR 1,500.
